"Team Beeson was the listing agent for the sale of my Mother’s house. Dick and Robin make a wonderful team and were extremely helpful to my sister and me. Their knowledge, experience, and common sense made the listing/sale very easy for us. They offer a “Concierge” type of service and truly stand behind that offer. Several items needed to be repaired for the sale and they arranged for contractors to take care of everything. "Dick and Robin were the absolute best! My lenders had put some very strict requirements on the home I could purchase, but both Dick and Robin were extremely helpful and patient helping me navigate through my first home buying experience. When the lender gave us a ridiculously long list of things that had to be fixed Dick really went to bat for me, made me feel like I had the right guy in my corner. I highly recommend Team Beeson."

"While I did not have the chance to meet his wife, Dick was a huge support for my husband and myself as we were buying our house. We had just moved to WA and knew little about the neighborhoods. He provided us invaluable knowledge about the areas in which we were looking and even spent an afternoon giving me a tour of Tacoma so I would know more about our new home. Dick is a geniunely caring person in addition to being a more than competent realtor. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking."

"Dick was recommended to me by multiple friends who he helped in the area. I was very impressed with how well he knows the area and the projections he showed me. This was my first time selling a home and he kept me updated regularly on the process so I was never in the dark or confused. Every time I needed to ask questions (and there were many) he was quick to have an answer. I had to leave Washington before my house could go on the market and Dick went above and beyond, treating my house like it was his own. He took care of things for me while I wasn't able to be there.
